Three dates (Flow)
Every Flow development carries when it happened, when it was filed and when Kereon found it, kept apart.
Inputs
- Occurred. Only when the document states it: an 8-K's "On March 3, 2026", or the fiscal year a share of revenue is about.
- Disclosed. The day the document was filed with the SEC.
- Found. The day Kereon first read it. Deleting the store resets these, because they cannot be read again from the SEC.
