Formula
Win rate = Winning trades ÷ All closed trades
How to read it
Meaningless alone: a 30% win rate can be very profitable if the winners are large, and a 90% one can lose money. Read it with the payoff ratio.

Read it with the payoff ratio: the two together decide whether a strategy makes money.
