Bars whose high (or low) stands above (or below) the bars either side.
Formula
A high with 2 lower highs on each side (a low: 2 higher lows)
How to use it
Marks swing points for stops and breakout levels.
Limitations
Confirmed only once the bars after it exist, then marked at the fractal bar.
