The percentage change in volume over the last N bars.
Formula
VROC = (Volume ÷ Volume N bars ago − 1) × 100
How to use it
Spots volume surges, which often come with breakouts.

Charts · Superchart. Default 14; zero line drawn. A base bar with no volume draws nothing.
