Net accumulation = stake of the top holders that added − stake of those that trimmed
How to read it
Above +1.5 points is listed as a reason (institutions accumulating), below −1.5 as a concern (distributing).

A read of whether large managers have been building or trimming their positions.
Limitations
13F filings describe holdings at a quarter end, filed up to 45 days later.
