Counterparty health (Flow)
The plain financial ratios of a company's listed suppliers and customers, side by side on Flow's Exposure tab.
Inputs
- Current and quick ratio. Current assets (less inventory, for the quick ratio) over current liabilities.
- Debt to equity, net debt to EBITDA. Leverage, as the research store holds it.
- Interest coverage. Operating income over interest expense.
- Free cash flow. Its amount and its margin on revenue.
- Cash and debt. Total cash and total debt, in millions.
- Revenue growth. Year over year, as reported.
How to read it
Each figure is the one Investing shows for the company, from the same research store, with the quarter it is for and its source beside it. A company the store holds nothing for is left out.
Limitations
Only listed counterparties have figures. Nothing is combined into a score.
Also called: financial health, health, counterparty ratios, supplier health, customer health.
